51 Значний науковий внесок зроблено Зібцевим С . В . у наукове об - ґрунтування впровадження нових технологій охорони лісів від по - жеж в Україні в рамках його участі у групі фахівців ЄЕК ООН / ФАО з лісових пожеж , діяльності на посаді директора Регіонального Східноєвропейського центру моніторингу пожеж (REEFMC), коор - динатора низки міжнародних проектів . Теоретично обґрунтована та частково реалізована інтегрована інноваційна система охорони лісів від пожеж у зоні відчуження ЧАЕС , створена модель екологічних і радіаційних ризиків для довкілля та населення у випадку катастро - фічних радіаційних пожеж у зоні відчуження ЧАЕС , а також викона - ний прогноз пожежної небезпеки лісів зони відчуження на період до 2020 року . За свою багаторічну діяльність у галузі зниження ризиків лісових пожеж у зоні відчуження ЧАЕС у 2013 р . Зібцев С . В . наго - роджений відзнакою ООН « Зелена зірка » (Green Star Award).
