CROWDFUNDING SYSTEMS: evaluation and government regulation in the conditions of reengineering

The main mission of this organization (European Crowdfunding Network) is: ڰ promote crowdfunding as a viable proposition for creating jobs, social innovation and stimulating entrepreneurship among the European public, politicians, and stakeholders; ڰ provide resources, professional support, and create a forum for joint crowdfunding activities; ڰ publish the success and scale of the community's ambitions, as well as promote innovative financial solutions for financing social and business projects; ڰ create and influence the political discourse on crowdfunding in the EU. The European Crowdfunding Network has created a joint platform for self-regulation, transparency, and governance issues. It also allows you to discuss the EU crowdfunding policy and is important in the formation of public opinion on this issue. By performing a significant amount of research on crowdfunding and its impact on the economy and society, ECN spreads the professional image of crowdfunding among stakeholders. It engages politicians and business communities into discussions about professional standards, best practices, and the provision of crowdfunding information. Providing social guarantees to the authors of crowdfunding projects is one of the main tools for stimulating the development of crowdfunding. According to the Law of Ukraine «On Compulsory State Social Insurance due to Temporary Disability or Expenses Caused by Burial», persons who provide themselves with work independently (persons engaged in business, legal, notary, creative and other activities related to income directly from this activity, including members of creative unions, creative workers, who are not members of creative unions), have the right to material security and social services due to this Law, subject to payment of insurance fees to the Social Insurance Fund for temporary disability in accordance with current legislation. Since some of the authors of crowdfunding projects actually belong to this category of persons, they are entitled to the same social security as persons working under an employment contract.
