CROWDFUNDING SYSTEMS: evaluation and government regulation in the conditions of reengineering

The experience of the industrialized countries of the world (the USA, Italy, Japan, the Great Britain, Germany, France, etc.) shows that small and medium-sized enterprises account for up to 90–95% of all companies and more than half of the total production of the gross national product. Small and medium-sized businesses in these countries are an employer for more than half of the working-age population. But in Ukraine, there are other trends that are displaced in Fig 3.3. Fig 3.3. Now in the Ukrainian economy there is an active process of financial capital concentration with the simultaneous establishment of management control over independent enterprises by large companies and certain monopolies.
