lighting. The founders of this startup note that among all 943 project contributors on the Kickstarter platform, 160 of them they knew personally. The project raised about us $81,000 and significantly exceeded its goal of $50,000. Even though marketing activities by third-party media, almost 60% of the funds came directly from people from the social networks of the project's founders (Facebook, Twitter, and Google). 5. Entrepreneurs should use additional resources to improve their probability of success. Business incubators and mentors can be important sources of information and the first financial support for projects. Having invested funds from investors and business accelerators or incubators becomes an effective tool that encourages local savers to channel their funds through online platforms. 6. Crowdfunding can have non-monetary advantages. In addition to capital, crowdfunding has provided assistance to African enterprises to better knowledge about the market. This allowed us to establish new partnerships, increase sales, and attract new investments. In some cases, local entrepreneurs have even used feedback from contributors to improve their products or business models. Even those companies that have not managed to accumulate the necessary amount of financial resources, get the opportunity to become famous among investors, business angels, venture funds, etc. Nowadays in Ukraine, there is a tendency to attract financial resources in foreign markets due to their lack in the domestic market. Often not only business entities are the borrowers, but also the state. As a result, Ukraine's external debt is growing every year. By the end of 2013 its size was 300 025.4 million UAH., as of 12/31/2014 it became 611 697.1 million UAH. As of 01/31/2020, this amount is 1 248 429.5 million UAH. This is despite the fact that the total state debt of Ukraine was 2 079 015.4 million UAH on 01/31/2020. (Fig 3.4) (Ministry of Finance). 2014 was the record year for Ukraine in the context of growth in the amount of total public debt when the debt increased by 88.4% and at the end of the year amounted 69 794.8 million dollars. To assess the potential use of crowdfunding in the context of reengineering and its prospects in Ukraine, it is advisable to use the typology of factors developed by the authors that affect the state and development of crowdfunding activities in each country. So, regarding the economic development of the country, in recent years in Ukraine, there has been alternately an improvement in the economic situation and its deterioration.
