CROWDFUNDING SYSTEMS: evaluation and government regulation in the conditions of reengineering

Ukrainian energy-saving startup «Ecois.me» started a campaign on the Indiegogo platform. This startup is an energy management system in the house, which allows you to measure the power supply both in the apartment and in the house. All information about electricity consumption is collected and systematized. The results of this analysis allow you to see the excess consumption and possible options for saving energy. In 2016, this Ukrainian energy-saving startup managed to accumulate more than 80 thousand euros from one of the business incubators in Poland, Hubraus, within the framework of the Deutsch Telecom project. The funds were provided for the purpose of conducting a more in-depth study of the company's development. As a result, the authors of this startup moved to work in Krakow, where Hubraus operates ( Ʌɚɞɢɤɚ , 2017). The startup project «Lakiding», which develops technologies for managing dreams, is part of the famous Odessa incubator «Vanabiz». This startup project received more than 15 thousand dollars of investment from the business incubator fund ( Ʌɚɞɢɤɚ , 2017). The team of the startup project «Kaznachey», which consists in creating an Internet platform for online payments, also was trained in the domestic incubator «Vanabiz» and received more than 200 thousand US dollars from it and an international IT-company. For a certain period, this startup also received financial support from the Polish business accelerator «NextStep» in the amount of 50 thousand US dollars. A well-known startup of Ukrainian origin «Squibble» was also trained in the Australian business incubator «Innovyz». The startup «Luciding» required an investment of 75 thousand US dollars to create a new tool that will work to improve the capabilities and characteristics of the brain. The startup team tried to raise funds on the world-renowned crowdfunding platform «Kickstarter», and now they are looking for investors on various business accelerators. The presence of Ukrainian effectively functioning business incubators and business accelerators will allow keeping domestic startups in Ukraine. Ukraine already has certain environments that are open to innovation and start-ups, for example ( Ʌɚɞɢɤɚ , 2017): ڰ EatsLabs is an environment that specializes in projects related to IT technologies, the Internet, and mobile space; ڰ GrowthUp is the first business accelerator created in Ukraine. Its main specialization is technological ideas of startups; 127
