CROWDFUNDING SYSTEMS: evaluation and government regulation in the conditions of reengineering

ڰ iHub is a network of business incubators in Lviv, Kyiv, Chernivtsi, and Vinnytsia that mainly cooperates with various technological and IT projects; ڰ Polyteco is a business incubator that was created at the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute». Since it operates in a higher education institution, it becomes obvious that its main projects are the ideas of students and scientists. The main interest of this incubator is in various technological projects; ڰ 1991 Open Data is a unique incubator, as it specializes in projects for processing and analyzing large amounts of open data. Usually, its main residents are startups that offer development of various services and applications for the population, public organizations, enterprises, and state and local authorities; ڰ Ɍ ech startup school was founded on the basis of the Lviv Poly- technic National University. Its activities are aimed at developing the qualities of startups, the emergence of new creative ideas, and their successful implementation. Startup school helps startups create an initial business model for their project and find effective sources for their financial support; ڰ Startup Business Incubator of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is a business incubator created on the basis of the Kyiv National University. Its main residents are scientists and students who produce new creative ideas; ڰ Founder Institute is a new environment that aims to help entrepreneurs create and implement IT projects. This Institute is the first accelerator in Ukraine from the United States of America, and its main office is located in Silicon Valley. The research on accelerators «Global Accelerator Report», imple- mented in 2015, shows a list of areas most interesting to business incubators and accelerators. Among the leaders of this rating are such topics as the Internet of things (74% of responses), processing of large databases (65%), IT technologies and software (64%), technology projects in the field of financial services (64%), applications for mobile phones and smartphones (63%), technologies related to health (62%).
