Theoretical, methodological, and applied bases of evaluation and regulation of crowdfunding systems in the conditions of reengineering were developed. The concept and terminology of crowdfunding systems were developed, as well as the typology of crowdfunding projects. The typology of crowdfunding development factors has been improved, as well as tools for evaluating crowdfunding systems by central and local authorities, which use structure-forming absolute and relative indicators to perform comparative analysis (at the macro-, meso- and micro-levels) and analyze the dynamics of crowdfunding systems. The state regulation of crowdfunding systems in the context of reengineering has been improved. It speci fi es the tools used by public authorities to in fl uence crowdfunding activities. A crowdfunding project implementation model has been developed. It de fi nes the main stages of its implementation, specifying the participants and their functions at each stage to effectively manage the process of implementing crowdfunding projects. The intended audience is the scienti fi c community, business owners, managers, analysts, representatives of state authorities, fi nancial and credit institutions, and other interested persons.
