CROWDFUNDING SYSTEMS: evaluation and government regulation in the conditions of reengineering
crowdfunding, as well as the factors of its origin and evolution, requires development. There is a necessity to create a model for implementing a crowdfunding project and improve the process of evaluating crowdfunding in a reengineering environment. Moreover, it is important to improve the system of state regulation of crowdfunding, too. All this led to the choice of the research subject, its goals, and its objectives. The purpose of the monograph is to develop theoretical, metho- dological, and applied foundations for evaluating and regulating crowd- funding systems in the reengineering environment. To achieve this goal the monograph sets and solves the following tasks: ڰ to develop the terminology of crowdfunding activities; ڰ to improve the typology of crowdfunding projects; ڰ to develop a typology of crowdfunding activity development factors in the conditions of reengineering and investigate the impact of these factors taking into account Ukrainian realities; ڰ to develop a model of the crowdfunding project implementation process; ڰ to improve regulations on state management of crowdfunding systems in the conditions of reengineering; ڰ to improve the tools to evaluate the system of crowdfunding. The research object is the processes of evaluation and state regulation of crowdfunding. The subject of the research is the theoretical and applied bases of evaluation and state regulation of crowdfunding activities in the conditions of reengineering. To achieve this goal and the intended tasks, the monograph used various scientific and special research methods, namely: analysis, synthesis, grouping, comparison, and generalization — to clarify the conceptual and categorical apparatus, in particular, to substantiate the essence of the concepts «crowdfunding», «crowdfunding system», «crowdfunding activity», «crowdfunding project», «state regulation of crowdfunding activities», and during the improvement of the typology of crowdfunding and factors of their formation. The hypothetical method was used for forming a hypothesis about changes in the number of crowdfunding projects due to the time factor and changes in credit and deposit interest rates. Questionnaires, expert assessments, and empirical research methods were used while developing a questionnaire to determine the main characteristics and state of crowdfunding in Ukraine, as well as during the study of the dynamics of crowdfunding activities in 6
