CROWDFUNDING SYSTEMS: evaluation and government regulation in the conditions of reengineering

The updated legislation regulates the work of crowdfunding platforms, in particular, the maximum funding threshold was set at 1 million euros. France ranks third in the world in terms of the number of active crowdfunding platforms. The analysis of the experience of crowdfunding development in this country is important and will allow us to make certain conclusions and recommendations for the implementation of crowd- funding activities in Ukraine. In terms of the number of globally competitive companies, France tops the list of EU countries in the Fortune 500 ranking. It accounts for 32 companies, the same number in Germany, but the population of France is less by 25%. Also, according to the Startup Genome Report, Paris ranks 11th in the world (second in Europe, London is considered the first) as the most promising and favorable ecosystem for startups ( ɍɝɨɥɶɤɨɜɚ , Ɏɟɳɭɪ , Ʉɭɡɶɦɿɧ and ɋɤɢɛɿɧɫɶɤɢɣ , 2017).
