Thus in 2017, the change in deposits on an annual basis was 9% for non-financial corporations and 10% for households (National Bank). In 2018 the average interest rate on new deposits for non-financial corporations in Ukraine was 14.47% in UAH, in US dollars — 2.75%, in EUR — 1.38%, and for outstanding deposits — 12.15% in UAH, 3.13% in US dollars and 2.04% in EUR. For households, the amount of interest rates on deposit accounts differs: for new deposits — 11.75% in UAH, 2.79% in US dollars and 1.09% in EUR; for outstanding deposits — 11.82% in UAH, 3.47% in US dollars and 2.20 % in EUR (National Bank). So, in Ukraine, bank deposits do not provide investment opportunities for households and non-financial corporations. This is why the use of new specific tools, such as crowdlanding and crowdinvesting, will ensure the diversification of temporarily available financial resources of households 78
