CROWDFUNDING SYSTEMS: evaluation and government regulation in the conditions of reengineering

At first glance, the trend of public awareness of crowdfunding is positive, but it is worth considering that respondents were surveyed using Internet technologies. In other words, the survey results do not take into account respondents who do not use the Internet or are weak users. Also, the Internet survey narrows the range of groups surveyed. According to the results of the survey, there is a low level of awareness of the society in Ukraine regarding the types of crowdfunding, such as charitable crowdfunding, crowdfunding based on non-financial remuneration, crowdfunding based on royalties, crowdlending, and crowdinvesting (Fig 2.13). Respondents' awareness of the types of crowdfunding Note: formed by the authors based on the results of an expert survey Speaking about crowdlending, the majority of respondents associate it with a person's lending (40%) or with credit unions (29%). However, 55% of respondents noted that they do not understand the difference between these concepts. The survey examined the problem of the real use of crowdfunding in their activities. It was found (Fig 2.14) that only 18% of experts considered crowdfunding as a promising way to finance their business ideas.
