Most models have shown their adequacy, as evidenced by the corresponding indicators of each regression model: the Fisher criterion and the coefficient of determination. The existence of developed regressive models makes it possible to assess the prospects for the development of such activities both at the global level and at the level of particular states. 3. There was conducted the analysis of the experience of crowdfunding activities, its quantitative and qualitative indicators, as well as the legislative regulation of such activities in the United States, the Netherlands, France, Germany, the Great Britain, and other countries in order to adapt the key factors of development, elements of the system, actions of its participants and features of legislation in order to further create appropriate foundations for the development of crowdfunding in Ukraine. 4. Using an expert survey, there were found out the main characteristics of crowdfunding activities in the Ukrainian reality, the state of participation of Ukrainian business entities, startups, entrepreneurs in crowdfunding projects, their level of awareness about the types of crowdfunding and the overall level of confidence in this tool. In addition, the key reasons for non-participation of respondents in crowdfunding projects are highlighted, namely: weak popularization of the use of crowdfunding to finance innovative, social and business projects, distrust regarding Ukrainian crowdfunding projects, and the lack of appropriate legislative regulation in Ukraine. It is proved that in modern conditions actions of state authorities and non-profit and public organizations on information support of crowdfunding activities are extremely necessary for the perception of this tool by the population and popularization of its use among small and medium-sized enterprises, innovative organizations and social institutions. 86
