18 July 5-7, 2019 — the UGCC Catechetical Commission organized a 3-day conference "Christian pedagogic: systems, experience and perspectives" in Lviv Holy Spirit Seminary August 2-9, 2019 — XIV International pilgrimage of migrants to the famous Marian place in Ukraine — Zarvanytsia. This year we had more than 300 participants from 12 countries who walked 300 km August 19-25, 2019 — the UGCC Commission on Laity organized an intensive one-week summer school for leaders of lay movements September 1-10, 2019 — the annual Great Synod of Bishops of the UGCC held in Rome . The main theme of the Synod: "Communion and Unity in the Life and Ministry of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church".
