38 Cateches i s and Cathol i c educat ion mini st r y The Commission on Education participated in 3 round tables organized by the Civil Council on the topics of spiritual and moral education of youth and introduc- tion of the subject of Christian Ethics into school programs; counteraction of bully- ing in educational institutions and ensuring of spiritual and moral education; moral and spiritual character in educational process. The Commission prepared the following pedagogic and methodological materials for the employees of Catholic educational institutions: following the way of pastoral service in education; collection of study materials for spiritual directors of Catholic educational institutions; morning meetings: methodological manual for a teacher of a primary school; vocation to love and endurance; basics for the formation of a pedagogue — personal, Christian, and professional level; vocation to love and endurance; lines of development of Catholic educational institutions. The prepared materials were presented during study seminars of the staff of Catholic schools. For the improvement of the quality of private education, the Commission on Education has formed an NGO "Catholic Education", aimed at representing and enhancing Cath- olic educational institutions in Ukraine (https://www.uace.org.ua ). The NGO "Catholic Education" was registered on Feb 01, 2019 and during the course of several meetings the NGO has approved Typical statute about educational institutions of the UGCC , im- plementation of the Model of Catholic education, formed a council of the NGO etc.
